The greatest villain of all time: devoted to antagonism, loyal to crime, constant lethality, chronic insanity, abiding by chaos, eternally fearless, and perpetually intelligent, or as you probably know him, the Joker. The Joker, with his plots of scoundrel and a mind to execute each tactic, is the definition of a villain, the world’s greatest.
The Joker has only one weakness and this one weakness is the sole reason he is the greatest villain. To be the greatest villain you must have that constant opposing force between you and the protagonist. The Joker has this connection with his weakness; there’s a magnetic force that keeps him intact with it and it will never vanish. The Joker will always and forever be the moth attracted to the porch light. His weakness? The Batman. He needs the Batman, and the Batman needs him. It is an eternal fight simply because they will not kill each other. In the movie, The Dark Knight the Joker says to Batman, “This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object.” Implying they will forever battle.
His weakness being his biggest strength makes for a comprehensive villain. The Joker simply has no true personality of his own. He can be anyone he wants to be and this is why he is able to manipulate a vast amount of people. The Joker has no empathy. He is responsible for thousands of deaths, crimes, and drastic damage but feels no remorse. Self-centered and egotistical, the Joker will commit crimes for his own benefit. The Joker is a masochist; he enjoys chaos. He pushes his victims to the edge and finds great pleasure in his victims’ last moments. He believes it is then that people show you their true colors. The Joker is mad. He is insane. His mental state is demented and this is the reason he is a great villain. He is a villain with a constant motive to create evil chaos and he’ll do it with a smile.
The Joker is exceptionally intelligent. His plots and schemes are well thought out and his methods are unpredictable. He is a mad genius. When facing authority his twisted psychotic logic helps him slip out from any situation. No one thinks like the Joker, making his mind seem kaleidoscopic. Skilled in chemistry and engineering, the Joker is an expert with explosives. The Joker is also computer literate and he uses his intelligence to his advantage. Being an insane genius, the Joker is able to fulfill his passionate love for destruction. This is his only passion, his only desire. He does not fancy money, or material things. He lives for disorder.
The Joker is undeniably one of the greatest villains of all time. He is definitely and without a doubt the top dog. He is the villain who surpasses all villains. The villain you can’t help but want to understand. The villain that draws you in and keeps you wanting more. The villain who set the standard so high, no villain will ever top it. He is unquestionably brilliant, passionately chaotic, profoundly diabolical, immensely acidic, atrociously wicked, savagely brutal, and evidently authentic, or as I like to call him, the greatest villain of all time, the Joker.
